Mike and Andrea at the waterfall

This great little town is situated along the Garden Route and has the prime position between ocean and forest covered mountains (small mountains). Our hostel was positioned slightly up hill from the beach but was only a 5 minute hike down to it. With large sliding glass doors over looking the beach from both top and bottom balconies, amazing views and the sound of waves crashing were enjoyed no matter if sleeping or eating (kitchen was right next to balcony on the second level and our bed was next to the balcony on the first level). With such great landscape we took advantage of a couple day hikes. Locations were in the forest to a waterfall, along the coast, and of course on the beach. It was VERY difficult leaving this quaint location.
